My first Post
Today I went to to gym with Zach to swim, I talked to one of the trainers about what classes would be good for me to get this flabbed tightened up. She told me about Total Body lift 2 nights a week and Saturday morning, also she and another women there told me to take the Zumba class on Monday and Wedsneday its a fun dance class. Before the Total Body class there is a step class and a spinning class they said to go to those because the class feels up fast since most of the people stay for both classes, so I will do that. Will make sure my water is full, and to take a towel I ho[e this will give me more energy and tone.
